戦闘をする度に再起動するか、IntelHD4000を使用している人はドライバを最新版にするようお願いします。

ご迷惑をおかけしてしまい申し訳ございません。

エラーログを見る限り、こちらでも全く原因はわからないのですが
ゲームを起動するのに必要なファイルの多くが消滅してしまっているようです。

お手数なのですが、

StoryMode.dat　ストーリーモードセーブデータ
serial.xml　シリアル情報
Settings.xml　コンフィグ情報
KeyConfig.xml　キーコンフィグ情報

のそれぞれのファイルのバックアップをとりまして
再度、インストールした後、
これらのファイルをゲームの実行ファイルと同じディレクトリにコピーして
起動していただけないでしょうか？

オンライン対戦で部屋に入ろうとすると接続失敗となってしまいます。AVASTも切って試しましたが同じでした。

どの部屋にも入れない状態でしょうか？
特定の部屋、というのならば部屋を建てた側に問題がある可能性があります。

そうでなかったら、ルーターやファイヤーウォールの可能性もあります。色々可能性があって申し訳ございません。
